Guidelines to Parents

01

Punctuality & Regularity

Ensure your ward attends school regularly and punctually. Students must arrive before the assembly begins, avoid leaving early without authorization, and refrain from absenteeism without valid reason or prior approval.
02

Uniform and Grooming

Ensure your child wears the prescribed uniform neatly. Girls must tie long hair with black ribbons. Fancy accessories, long earrings, free hair, or gold ornaments are not allowed during school hours.
03

Academic Support

Monitor your child’s academic performance. Encourage daily revision and class preparation. Provide a calm, gadget-free study environment at home to help your ward stay focused and succeed academically.
04

Diary and Communication

Check and sign the school diary daily. Stay informed about homework, circulars, and remarks. Respond promptly to messages from teachers or the Principal to maintain consistent communication.
05

Discipline & Behavior

Teach your child respectful behavior. Misconduct, foul language, or disobedience may lead to disciplinary actions, including suspension or denial of classroom entry for repeated violations of behavior norms.
06

Leave & Absence

Inform the school in advance if your ward needs leave. Uninformed absence or bunking is strictly not tolerated. Class entry will be denied for the day if absent without prior notice, reason or approval.
07

Fee Payment

Ensure school fees are paid on time as per the term-wise schedule to avoid disruptions. Delayed payments may lead to suspension from attending classes, writing exams, or accessing school services until dues are cleared.
08

PTA Participation

Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to track your child’s progress. Your feedback and involvement help strengthen the school environment and improve overall student development and cooperation.
09

Visiting the School

If summoned by the Principal or staff, visit the school promptly without delay. Parents are expected to dress appropriately during visits; lungies, casual wear, or improper attire are strictly not permitted on the school campus.
10

Avoiding Distractions

Limit your child’s screen time, including TV and mobiles. Encourage healthy routines, sufficient rest, and a learning-focused home environment to help your child thrive academically and personally.
